In this role you lead engineering activities for medium to high-complexity grid automation projects, ensuring on-time, cost-efficient delivery that meets safety and quality standards. You act as the technical lead across disciplines, shaping base designs for substation automation and protection systems, and coordinating the full project lifecycle. You’ll work closely with customers to define effective technical solutions while managing risks and budget considerations. This is a hands-on, impact-focused position at a company delivering advanced energy solutions.

• Serve as technical lead and design authority across multiple engineering disciplines
• Develop base designs for substation automation, control, and protection systems
• Verify base designs during detailed engineering phases
• Coordinate technical activities through the project lifecycle




• Review and approve technical documentation per contractual requirements
• Collaborate with customers to define and deliver technical solutions
• Identify, assess, and manage technical and cross-functional project risks
• Support project management with budget monitoring, forecasting, and cost-to-complete assessments

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related xqbhyrx field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in substation automation, protection, and control systems
• Native-level Spanish proficiency
• English proficiency at C1 or higher
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Willingness to travel ~25% of the time
