/p h3Key Job Accountabilities /h3 h3Turn data into meaningful insights /h3 ul liAnalyze talent data to uncover trends, identify opportunities, and support strategic talent decisions. /li liCreate engaging dashboards and reports using Excel and Power BI that help leaders understand workforce trends and talent outcomes. /li liSupport key talent initiatives such as talent reviews, succession planning, learning and development, and employee engagement through data-driven insights. /li liPrepare talent data for internal and external reporting while ensuring accuracy and consistency. /li liContinuously look for smarter ways to improve reporting, dashboards, and data quality. /li /ul h3Help bring global talent programs to life /h3 ul liSupport the Director Global Talent Programs with coordination and delivery of global talent initiatives. /li liManage program communications, materials, SharePoint sites, and logistics to create a smooth participant experience. /li liCollaborate with regional Talent teams, HR Business Partners, and other stakeholders to ensure successful program delivery. /li liGather feedback and measure program effectiveness to help continuously improve our talent offerings. /li /ul h3Collaborate across a global HR community /h3 ul liWork closely with HRIS, Talent teams, HR Business Partners, and Learning teams across multiple regions. /li liTranslate data into clear, practical recommendations that support leaders in making informed people decisions. /li liChampion data quality, governance, and responsible handling of employee information. /li /ul h3Qualifications/Requirements /h3 pWe're looking for someone who's naturally curious, enjoys solving problems, and loves working with both people and data. /p pYou likely bring: /p ul liAround 3-5 years of experience in HR Analytics, People Analytics, Talent,
