You’ll get to: /pulli Manage order entry activities related to parts orders and pricing with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. /lili Review, validate, and process warranty claims submitted by service partners in accordance with company guidelines. /lili Support customer requests for technical assistance through the CRM platform, including both email and phone-based interactions. /lili Oversee the order processing workflow to ensure timely and accurate fulfilment of customer and service partner requirements. /lili Generate operational and service reports to provide insights into service performance and process efficiency. /lili Collaborate with internal teams and external service partners to resolve order, warranty, and technical support issues effectively. /lili Maintain accurate records and documentation within internal systems and CRM tools. /lili Contribute to continuous improvement by supporting new methods, processes, and ways of working. /li /ul pb The Person:
