That’s where you come in. /p pWe’re introducing a new role within People – a People Advisor – to harness systems and AI to develop and improve how we manage employee relations cases, gain casework insights, and proactively support the business to better lead their teams. /p pWe’re looking for someone who thrives in fast‑paced environments, has the curiosity to maximize the use of technology integration for better ways of working, and has experience handling multiple ER cases on an international remit. The People Advisor team will be across the UK, Barcelona, and Boston. /p h3What you’ll do /h3 ul liYou’ll develop and evolve ways of working across case management, data, and manager enablement using AI integration tools. /li liYou’ll reinforce leader‑led decisions by co‑piloting with managers on performance, conduct, probation cases, attendance concerns, policy guidance, and changes to terms and conditions. /li liYou’ll maintain accurate and compliant documentation, provide high‑quality support to managers, and ensure consistent application of people policies and the Perk approach across the region. /li liYou’ll provide data insights and highlight trends or early flags to enable early intervention. /li liYou’ll ensure efficiency in case management and minimise case timelines from open to resolution. /li liYou’ll partner across the People Team and wider business to ensure smooth alignment and delivery of ER cases. /li /ul h3What success looks like /h3 ul liEnhanced and embedded ways of working across case work. /li liManager satisfaction with co‑pilot support on cases.
