/li /ul /li libPolicy Development Enforcement /b ul liContribute to continuous improvement of surveillance frameworks, alerts, and escalation procedures. /li liSupport enforcement of KYC/AML procedures and transaction monitoring standards in line with regulatory expectations. /li /ul /li libCross-Functional Collaboration /b ul liCollaborate closely with Compliance, Legal, Risk, Technology, and Operations teams to enhance market surveillance systems and data workflows. /li liCoordinate with external regulators, exchanges, and industry bodies to promote best practices in market integrity. /li /ul /li /ul h3Job Requirements /h3 ul liBachelor’s Degree in Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Law, or related field (Juris Doctor or equivalent preferred). /li li2–5 years of experience in trade surveillance, compliance, or market oversight, ideally in a financial institution, exchange, or crypto platform. /li liFamiliarity with futures, commodities, and derivatives trading concepts. /li liExperience using trade surveillance platforms (e.g., Nasdaq SMARTS, Eventus, Solidus Labs, or similar) is an advantage. /li liExceptional analytical and investigative skills with strong attention to detail. /li liExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to summarize complex findings clearly for senior management and regulators. /li liSelf‑starter with strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple priorities under pressure.
