Perform critical path management. /li liMaintain familiarity with contracts and documents to ensure that work is executed in accordance with the company’s expectations and that the work fulfills contractual requirements. /li liDevelop effective relationships with contractors, suppliers, engineers, landowners, consultants, local authorities, and team members. /li liPlan daily construction, pre‑start and work orders for the project. /li liMonitor and oversee civil, structural, mechanical, and electrical work at the project site to ensure it meets contractual obligations. /li liEnsure projects are built according to plans created and submitted as well as to their standards. /li liReview all contractors’ QA plans, PPIs procedures and bring all plans into conformance with project requirements, supported by the project team. /li liReview plans and procedures periodically and institute changes if necessary.



/li liReview projects on a day‑to‑day basis against the progress milestones. /li liPerform regular inspections and meetings to review site conditions, discuss and define areas of responsibility, clarify all issues and to ensure accurate scheduling of project‑related activities. /li liRepresent the company onsite during all equipment deliveries. /li liConduct audits of site conditions and equipment installation of subcontractors on the site. /li liPerform audits of the jobsites to verify accurate completion of scope of work, supported by the Quality and Compliance Engineer.
