Acting as a strategic partner to business leaders, HRBPs, and global talent teams, this role drives talent reviews, succession planning, workforce planning, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness initiatives. The role combines strategic thinking with strong execution,
ensuring talent decisions are implemented and deliver measurable business impact. The key responsibilities include: /p ul liTranslate business priorities into talent strategies and workforce plans aligned with future capability needs. /li liLead strategic workforce planning, identifying capability gaps, leadership needs, talent risks, and the impact of AI and automation on work. /li liFacilitate talent reviews and succession planning, ensuring clear decisions, accountability, and follow-through actions. /li liStrengthen leadership pipelines and increase visibility and movement of talent across EMEA. /li liDrive talent mobility by connecting leaders, countries, and functions to enable enterprise-wide talent deployment. /li liPartner with HR and business leaders on organizational design, operating model effectiveness, and transformation initiatives. /li liLead regional and global talent projects from design to implementation, ensuring stakeholder alignment and measurable outcomes. /li liEnhance performance and talent management practices through data-driven insights, governance, and accountability. /li liBuild strong regional and global networks to share talent practices and align talent priorities with business objectives. /li /ul h3THE PROFILE /h3 ul liStrong experience in Talent Management, Succession Planning, Leadership Development, Strategic Workforce Planning, or Organizational Effectiveness. /li liProven experience working in complex, multinational organizations across multiple countries within EMEA. /li liDemonstrated success in linking talent strategy to business outcomes and organizational transformation.
