pWe are looking for a strongSenior Electrical AIT Engineer /strong to lead spacecraft electrical Assembly, Integration and Test (AIT) activities across the full project lifecycle, from subsystem integration through to launch campaign support. This role carries strong ownership of the strongplanning and procedural side of AIT /strong — defining how integration and test activity is structured before it reaches the floor — with strongremote/hybrid flexibility /strong available for planning-heavy phases of work. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliLead strongspacecraft electrical AIT activities /strong for flight hardware across the project lifecycle /lilistrongDefine and plan /strong spacecraft electrical integration, functional verification, and test campaigns, from subsystem integration through to launch campaign support /liliSpecify, develop, validate, and maintain strongElectrical Ground Support Equipment (EGSE) /strong /lilistrongAuthor, review, and approve AIT documentation /strong, including Integration Procedures, Test Procedures, Test Plans, and Test Reports /liliCoordinate cross-functional teams during integration and test campaigns, ensuring alignment with schedule, quality, and safety requirements /liliSupport strongenvironmental test campaigns /strong (vibration, thermal vacuum, EMC, etc.), including electrical setup, functional testing, troubleshooting, and anomaly resolution /liliCarry out electrical integration tasks: harness installation, connector mating/demating,
