Our customer Jungheinrich is a German multinational corporation that operates worldwide for more than 65 years and is one of the leading providers in the logistics industry. It has more than 18,000 employees and around €4,000 million revenue.

Qualifications

Completed studies in (business) informatics, business administration, or a comparable qualification with a focus on IT.

Professional experience in SAP Consulting with a focus on SAP SD (Sales & Distribution) including Customizing and OTC (Order to Cash). Project Management experience is very valuable.

Responsibilities and Tasks

-

- Support-oriented SAP ERP ECC functional consultant, able to investigate complex incidents, understand business processes, and operate autonomously within a highly customized SAP ECC environment with multiple integrations. The focus is not on implementing new processes or migrating to S/4HANA, but on supporting existing processes and occasionally participating in improvement projects.

- Collaboration with other IT and specialist departments as well as external partners to ensure smooth integration of SAP solutions into the existing system landscape.

Expected Activity Split

-

- 70‑80% support: tickets, incidents, application management (AMS), corrective and evolutive maintenance,



2nd level support.

- 20‑30% projects and improvements.

Soft Skills

-

- Strong understanding of business processes and a structured, solution‑oriented way of working.

- Team‑oriented collaborator.

- Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken). Spanish skills highly recommended; German skills valuable but not required.

- High initiative and desire to actively shape change.

Job Conditions

Location: Madrid. European Union nationality otherwise EU/Spain work permit required as a prerequisite.

Travel: Very limited, just a few days per year, during weekdays, to the general headquarters in Hamburg for teaming and alignment.

Employment Type: Permanent Full Time, internal employee.

Salary: Depends on qualification and experience.
