ph3About The Job /h3 pAllianz is offering an exciting 6-month internship opportunity for motivated individuals eager to gain hands‑on experience in the Allianz Cyber Defense Center (ACDC), the global team that works proactively with the business to protect Allianz against internal and external cyber threats. /p h3What You Do /h3 ul liIndependently create, compile and maintain audit evidence to support internal and external audit requirements. Request and collect evidence from relevant teams and stakeholders across the ACDC and ensure all evidence is accurate, complete, and delivered within required timelines. /li liServe as the central point of contact for all incoming audit inquiries and requests directed at the ACDC. Coordinate, track and respond to audit requests in a timely and structured manner as well as liaising with auditors to clarify requirements and ensure smooth audit processes. /li liContinuously assess and improve audit-related processes and workflows within the ACDC. Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and risks in current evidence gathering and documentation practices. /li liDevelop and implement standardized procedures to enhance audit readiness. /li liCreate and maintain audit‑relevant documentation in collaboration with all ACDC teams. Ensure documentation meets regulatory, compliance, and internal standards. /li liMaintain a structured and accessible repository of audit artifacts. /li liWork closely with all areas of the ACDC, with a particular focus on the Compliance function.



Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders to facilitate efficient evidence collection and support Compliance initiatives by providing relevant audit documentation and insights. /li /ul h3What You Bring /h3 ul liOngoing university studies with a focus on Cybersecurity, Information Security, Computer Science, IT, or Compliance. Understanding of audit frameworks and standards (e.g., ISO 27001). /li liExcellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines. /li liExcellent English skills, both written and spoken. /li liProficiency in the MS Office suite and proficiency in documentation and collaboration tools (e.g., SharePoint, Confluence, JIRA). /li liIndependent and customer‑oriented working style, quick comprehension. /li liHigh resilience and willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies. Proactive, self‑motivated and team player. /li liBasic knowledge of AI technologies, principles and their practical use. /li liMANDATORY: You must be eligible to sign a 6‑month internship with your university or school.
