We want this person to define and govern the target enterprise architecture for all client-facing channels (digital assisted) as part of the bank-wide Client Centricity initiative, ensuring alignment across CIB, Commercial, Payments, and Wealth divisions. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liEstablish and maintain reference architectures and roadmaps for client interaction channels (portals, APIs, mobile, e-trading, assisted digital). /li liEnsure cross-divisional alignment with Client Data and Client Services architecture streams and with Group CTO standards. /li liEvaluate initiatives and programs for architectural compliance and functional coherence with the Client Centricity strategy. /li liLead architecture governance forums, represent the domain in Enterprise Architecture boards, and ensure adherence to policy. /li liDrive adoption of shared capabilities (identity, access, API gateway,
