We work in a uniquely collaborative model across the firm and throughout all levels of the client organization, generating results that allow our clients to thrive. /p h3What You’ll Do /h3 h3Work Closely With Staffing Team To /h3 ul liHelp manage day-to-day staffing process for the Consulting Team /li liBalance the preferences of the Consulting staff (industry, case topic, location, etc) with the Clients' needs and the Partners preferences (responsible for selling the work) /li liEnsure staffing assignments are aligned with Career Development needs for each individual, within business constraints /li liEnsure that the process is aligned with BCG's values of openness, transparency and balance, by maintaining an environment of open communication relative to case opportunities /li liWork closely with Staffers from other geographies Attend International calls in order to share resources between offices/systems /li liAct as a backup to the staffing Manager during periods of overload and other gaps /li /ul h3What You’ll Bring /h3 ul liUniversity degree /li liMaster in Human Resources very valuable /li li3-5 years of HR experience, preferably at a professional services firm /li liProficient reading/writing/speaking English and Spanish /li liAnalytical skills: attention to detail able to manage long information in an accurate mode /li liExcellent interpersonal and communication skills /li liClarity, tact, professionalism and consensus building skills /li liAdvanced computer skills: Data based systems, Windows, Word, Tableau, Excel, PowerPoint /li liStrong organizational skills, strong rigor and strong attention to detail /li liTeam player, fast-paced, service oriented and able to handle with competing priorities and under pressure /li liComfortable in resolving conflict and dealing tactfully with a range of people related issues /li liFast learner /li liHigh level of integrity and strong commitment to confidentiality /li /ul h3Who You’ll Work With /h3 pThe Staffing function is driven by the dynamic BCG consulting environment.
