ph3Job Overview /h3pRoche is embarking on an exciting new strategic chapter by expanding into the cardiometabolic therapeutic area. This role is part of the Pipeline Acceleration Team and will shape both local and national medical strategy, directly influencing our clinical approach through high‑impact collaboration with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs). The position reports directly to the Pipeline Acceleration Team Lead and offers strategic autonomy to influence national decision‑making. /ph3Purpose /h3pElevate the standard of care and build long‑term scientific partnerships with KOLs and researchers in the cardiometabolic space. /ph3Objectives /h3ulliAct as a key architect of our medical footprint: adapt and refine the national strategy for your territory, ensuring regional medical excellence. /liliGather insights, identify gaps, and understand the evolving environment to inform strategy. /liliShape the medical ecosystem: identify and implement tailored solutions to meet the evolving needs of patients and HCPs, positioning Roche at the forefront of the field. /liliLead the regional medical strategy with the autonomy to influence national decision‑making. /li /ulh3Key Responsibilities and Activities /h3ulliOwn the Territory Medical Plan (TMP): design and implement the regional TMP from evidence generation to medical education and clinical trial support. /liliUnderstand and monitor the landscape, identify gaps, and generate insights to build and adapt strategy.



/liliProfile KOLs and centers to uncover new opportunities for scientific collaboration, turning complex data into actionable strategies. /liliServe as the scientific face of Roche, leading high‑level exchanges on our portfolio and research pipeline, and providing expert insights on scientific queries. /liliIdentify local evidence generation opportunities and support investigator‑initiated studies (IIS) in collaboration with Medical Managers. /liliChampion scientific knowledge by organizing high‑impact clinical sessions and presenting data at major congresses and symposiums. /li /ulh3Requirements and Competencies /h3ullibEducation /b: University degree in Health Sciences (MBA/Post‑graduate degrees highly valued). /lilibExperience /b: Proven track record in field medical roles, specifically within the cardiometabolic space (Obesity/Diabetes experience is a key asset). /lilibLanguages /b: High level of English proficiency. /lilibBase /b: Barcelona. /li /ulh3Competencies /h3ulliStrategic analytical thinking. /liliDeep technical expertise. /liliInfluencing skills to build consensus. /liliCross‑functional agility. /liliUnwavering commitment to patient outcomes. /li /ulh3Equal Opportunity Statement /h3pRoche is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
