Adecuado applicants should preferably have a background in supply chain or economics, along with expertise in planning and project management. The person we are looking for is expected to demonstrate an entrepreneurial spirit and take a proactive approach. /p pbYOUR RESPONSIBILITIES /b /p ul liCoordination and management of product transfers of STADA AG in the regions EU, CIS, SEE and Emerging markets and support continuous improvement of processes /li liEnsuring adequate information flow and coordination between all internal and external stakeholders /li liEnsure oversight of supply chain changes and lead end-to-end change control management, working in a cross-functional environment /li liCommunicate and inform all stakeholders such as planning, production, quality and regulatory as well as external suppliers and affiliates along the process /li liGuarantee transparent information exchange and overall project timelines /li liMonitor production,
delivery and release steps along the supply chain /li liSupport transfer decisions and set up and maintain business cases /li liIdentification of risks and work out scenarios to enable a successful implementation of transfers with focus on timelines and costs /li /ul pbREQUIREMENTS /b /p ul liDegree in business, economics, preferably with pharmaceutical background (or a discipline relevant to the role) /li liAt least 2 years of experience as Project Management in the Pharma Industry /li liIs able to think, act and initiate in operational, tactical and strategic terms. /li liHas to be familiar with the current regulations in the pharmaceutical industry. /li liStrong abilities in project and process management /li liFluent in English, other languages desirable /li /ul pSTADA Group promotes a diverse culture, regardless of gender, age, social or ethnic background, disabilities, religion, ideology, or sexual orientation.
