ph3Overview /h3pWe are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Program Coordinator to join our Operations and Course Management team, supporting a portfolio of online programs. The Program Coordinator will be responsible for carrying out academic, operational, and enrollment-related duties for online programs delivered to both B2B and B2C clients. This full-time position requires an individual who is detail-oriented, comfortable working with learning management systems, and has a natural gift for customer service. /ppLocation: Madrid – IE Tower. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliSupport the enrollment process for online programs, coordinating with both internal and external stakeholders.ulliAttend to administrative duties to ensure a smooth enrollment process. /liliProvide first-level technical support to participants when needed. /li /ul /liliExecute the delivery of online programs as part of the Program Management team.ulliManage end-to-end delivery of synchronous and asynchronous online programs. /liliSupport participants and faculty before, during, and after the program. /liliExecute satisfaction surveys and analyze participant feedback. /liliLeverage learning analytics to enhance the learner experience. /li /ul /liliBuild and maintain strong relationships with participants, faculty, corporate clients, and internal stakeholders. /liliCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including Academic, Admissions, Marketing, Sales, Technology, and Finance,
