To strengthen our spanish team in bCórdoba (Andalucía) or Madrid /b we are looking for you as a bLegal Counsel / Abogado (m/f/d) /b. /p h3Your Responsibilities /h3 ul liShape and negotiate the legal foundations of our renewable energy projects. /li liEnable business growth by providing clear, pragmatic and solutions-driven legal advice. /li liSupport permitting and regulatory workstreams. /li liManage support by external law firms. /li liLead the legal negotiations with private counterparties, lenders and public authorities. /li liBe the go-to legal partner for our Spanish team and a key contributor to our international legal function. /li /ul h3Your Profile /h3 ul liMaster’s Degree in Law. /li liSeveral years of experience gained in an in-house legal department, a leading law firm, or a combination of both. /li liStrong expertise in drafting,



reviewing, negotiating and managing business contracts, ideally in the areas of procurement, construction, services and/or project finance. /li liExperience in the renewable energy is highly valued, but not essential.
