ppWe are looking for a Senior SAP EDI Project Manager to lead and govern SAP EDI-related projects and initiatives for a global manufacturing organization operating across the EMEA region. The role requires a unique blend of project management, SAP integration expertise, stakeholder management, and cross-functional leadership. The resource will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and driving successful delivery of SAP EDI initiatives involving suppliers, customers, tax authorities, middleware platforms, and business stakeholders. /p ul liWork Model: Minimum 2 days per week onsite in Madrid /li liTravel: Occasional travel within EMEA region /li liLanguage: English (mandatory); Spanish preferred but not mandatory /li /ul h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liManage multiple SAP EDI projects and initiatives from planning through deployment. /li liLead cross-functional teams across business, application, integration, architecture, and support functions. /li liDrive project governance, risk management, issue resolution, and stakeholder communication. /li liEnsure delivery against agreed scope, timeline, budget, and quality objectives. /li liManage project dependencies and coordinate activities across multiple workstreams. /li liPrepare status reports, steering committee updates, and project documentation. /li /ul h3SAP EDI Integration Governance /h3 ul liLead implementation and enhancement projects involving: ul liB2B integrations with customers and suppliers /li liB2G integrations with tax authorities /li liElectronic processes such as e-Invoicing, e-Ordering, e-Dispatch,



e-Transport, e-Signature, etc. /li /ul /li liCoordinate solution delivery involving SAP and middleware teams. /li liSupport estimation, planning, budgeting, and technical assessments. /li /ul h3Stakeholder Team Management /h3 ul liCollaborate closely with PMO, business teams, architecture teams, and application managers. /li liManage communication with regional and integral stakeholders. /li liDrive workshops, project reviews, training sessions, and project governance meetings. /li /ul h3Mandatory Skills Experience /h3 h3Project Management /h3 ul li10+ years of SAP project delivery experience. /li liProven experience managing large SAP implementation or transformation projects. /li liStrong project planning, governance, risk management, and stakeholder management capabilities. /li liExperience working in multinational and multicultural environments. /li /ul h3SAP Integration Expertise /h3 ul liSAP MM and FI integration concepts /li liSAP Process Orchestration (PO) and/or SAP CPI /li liStrong client-facing and executive communication skills. /li liAbility to lead global virtual teams. /li liStrong analytical and structured problem-solving skills. /li liHighly proactive, flexible, and delivery-oriented mindset. /li liExperience with SAP S/4HANA environments. /li liExposure to MuleSoft integration platform. /li liKnowledge of VAN providers such as EDICOM, COMARCH, ECOSIO, TRADEX or similar. /li liExperience in manufacturing, construction materials, or industrial sectors. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
