The role is execution-focused and designed to ensure rigour, efficiency and consistency across financial processes. /p pThis role sits at the intersection of financial analysis, fundraising support and transaction execution, acting as a backbone for day-to-day financial activities. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 h3Financial Planning Analysis (FPA) /h3 ul liBuild and maintain a 3-statement financial model for forecasting, budgeting, and scenario analyses /li liOwn the Budget vs. Presente (BvA) analysis, meeting with internal stakeholders periodically to solicit input and discuss variances /li liSupport data-driven decision-making by preparing analyses on performance, runway, and growth initiatives /li /ul h3Fundraising Investor Support /h3 ul liSupport the preparation of fundraising materials, including pitch decks, data rooms and financial models /li liCoordinate information flows during due diligence processes with investors and advisors /li liTrack investor requests, timelines, and follow-ups /li /ul h3Transaction Execution Support /h3 ul liAssist in financial due diligence for VC, growth equity, and MA transactions /li liPrepare analysis,
