In this role you will design and maintain data models and datasets for transaction monitoring and risk assessment within the Financial Crime domain. You will own end-to-end analytics delivery, from requirements to deployment, and build tools to support investigations and alerting. Expect to refine detection logic, ensure data quality, and collaborate with compliance teams to turn regulatory needs into actionable insights. This position places you at the core of a data-driven effort to detect and prevent financial crime across global operations.

• Design and maintain data models/datasets for transaction monitoring, customer risk assessment, and investigations
• Own end-to-end delivery of FinCrime analytics solutions (requirements, ETL, validation, deployment)
• Develop and optimise detection logic and monitoring rules
• Perform data quality checks to ensure completeness, accuracy, and auditability
• Build dashboards/tools in Sigma to support investigations and risk workflows




• Collaborate with investigators and compliance analysts to identify data gaps and derive insights
• Automate and improve FinCrime processes (screening, monitoring, alert handling)

Responsabilidades
• 2-4 years in Data/Business Analytics, preferably FinCrime, Compliance, Risk, or Financial Services
• Advanced SQL skills (reading/writing across complex datasets)
• Experience with dbt, Google Cloud BigQuery, Sigma, Git
• Experience building data pipelines and analytical datasets
• Solid understanding of financial crime frameworks
• Python desirable
• Knowledge of payment xqbhyrx flows, FX, or banking products desirable
• Strong analytical thinking with focus on data quality, controls, and risk interpretation
• Experience with transaction monitoring systems or alerting frameworks is a plus
• Ability to translate regulatory and compliance requirements into data logic
• Fluency in English (Spanish a plus)
