It acts as a strategic HR Business Partner to leadership, ensuring the organization attracts, develops, and retains high-performing talent aligned with business goals. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 h31. Workforce Planning Recruitment Alignment /h3 ul liPartner closely with the Global Staffer and hiring managers to detect talent needs proactively. /li liIdentify workforce gaps (internal and external hiring needs). /li liSupport recruitment strategy and ensure alignment with business growth plans. /li liStay involved in the hiring process until the role is filled (onboarding will not be owned directly but may be supported strategically). /li liOwn and oversee career development frameworks across the organization. /li liDesign and implement career path models and progression plans. /li liEnsure continuous development for employees throughout their lifecycle (especially mid-level roles). /li liActively monitor individual growth, performance evolution, and internal mobility opportunities. /li liDevelop structured coaching and career plans. /li liDesign and coordinate internal and external training programs.



/li liBuild a structured annual training plan aligned with business strategy. /li liManage and optimize the annual training budget (€40–50K). /li liIdentify development priorities and partner with external providers when needed. /li liMeasure training effectiveness and ROI. /li /ul h34. Performance Management Internal Processes /h3 ul liLead and coordinate performance review cycles. /li liEnsure performance evaluation frameworks are consistent, fair, and development-oriented. /li liSupport managers in feedback, evaluation, and talent conversations. /li liImplement improvement plans and talent development initiatives. /li /ul h35. Strategic HR Business Partnering /h3 ul liAct as HRBP for leadership teams in Spain, aligned with global HR strategy. /li liCollaborate with the Global HRBP team on coaching plans and leadership development. /li liIdentify succession plans and high-potential talent. /li liContribute to integral talent initiatives while adapting them locally. /li /ul h3Skills Requirements /h3 ul li5+ years of experience in Talent Development, HRBP, or similar strategic HR roles. /li liStrong experience in performance management and career path design. /li liExperience managing LD budgets. /li liAbility to work cross-functionally with global teams. /li liStrategic mindset with strong execution capabilities. /li liFluent in Spanish and English. /li liBased in Madrid. /li /ul h3Cultural Fit /h3 pIf you are kind, collaborative and driven by excellence, you will thrive here.
