Our model combines innovation, technology, and scalable strategies to deliver efficient, results-driven management with a strong focus on talent development and operational excellence. /p p As part of our ongoing growth, we are looking for a General Manger to lead the opening and launch of a hotel in a key destination in Spain. /p pb Duties Responsibilities /b /p ulli Lead the hotel pre-opening and operational launch process. /lili Ensure full compliance with 4★ international brand standards. /lili Oversee overall hotel operations, ensuring efficiency, profitability, and service quality. /lili Lead, motivate, and develop the team, fostering a collaborative and guest-focused culture. /lili Ensure an outstanding and consistent guest experience. /lili Supervise key departments: Front Office, Housekeeping, Food Beverage, and Maintenance. /lili Manage budgets, operational costs, and key hotel KPIs. /lili Organize staffing, schedules, internal procedures, and operational workflows.



/lili Act as the main point of contact during the opening and stabilization phase. /li /ul pb Qualifications /b /p ulli Degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred). /lili Previous experience in leadership roles within the hotel industry (Hotel Manager or similar). /lili Strong knowledge of 4★ or higher hotel operations. /lili Experience in hotel openings, pre-openings, or rebranding projects (highly valued). /lili Proficiency in hotel management systems and Microsoft Office. /lili Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills. /lili Hands-on, solution-oriented, and results-driven mindset. /lili Fluent Spanish and English (additional languages are a plus). /li /ul p At Panoram, we believe in equal opportunities.
