and portability). /li liAdvise internal stakeholders on appropriate responses and compliance requirements. /li liSupport the detection, analysis, and notification of personal data breaches. /li liCoordinate with IT and Information Security teams to ensure appropriate response and mitigation. /li /ul pbThird-Party Due Diligence /b /p ul liParticipate in supplier and third-party assessments from a data privacy perspective. /li liReview and validate data protection clauses in contracts with external partners. /li liDeliver or support internal training sessions on data protection and privacy. /li liPromote a strong data privacy culture across the organization. /li /ul pbSupport to Data Protection Officer (DPO) /b /p ul liAssist the DPO in performing their duties. /li liPrepare reports, metrics, and dashboards for management and governance bodies. /li liEthics, Compliance Corporate Policies /li liSupport the dissemination of ENGIE’s Ethics Compliance principles across the organization. /li liEnsure adherence to internal policies related to HS, Diversity, Cybersecurity, Sustainability, and Compliance. /li /ul pbTeam Management Culture (if applicable) /b /p ul liManage and develop assigned team members, defining objectives and supporting their growth. /li liContribute to strengthening ENGIE’s corporate culture and values. /li /ul pbCommitted to inclusion /b /p pAt ENGIE we value and encourage diversity and inclusion.
