This cross‑functional role will allow you to interact with numerous areas of the business, understanding their needs and ways of working and giving you the opportunity to learn about how Fever works. /p h3About the Role /h3 ul liParticipate in different company‑wide projects focused on improving a specific area of the business. /li liHave the opportunity to lead a project with the support of senior members of your team, ensuring it reaches the defined goals, objectives, and timelines. /li liLead the necessary analysis for the completion of multiple projects, identifying the best solutions in each scenario taking into account different factors such as client satisfaction, cost control and profitability. /li liLead projects that involve coordination with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations. /li liIdentify areas of improvement and work on the continuous improvement strategy and processes across all areas of the business, specially in logistics and operations areas. /li liCollaborate with key stakeholders to identify project requirements, scope, and deliverables. /li /ul h3About You /h3 ul liYou have 1–2 years of relevant experience (e.g., consulting, operations or tech related). /li liYou have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Data Analytics or related fields. /li liYou are fluent in Spanish and English.



/li liYou have experience in Excel/Google Sheets, SQL, and data visualization. /li liHaving previous experience in logistics, operations, or distribution is highly valued. /li liHaving previous experience in preparing operational reports and logistics KPIs is highly valued. /li liHaving experience with ERP systems or logistics management software is highly valued. /li liYou embrace change and you create it!
