As Process Architect, you will be the hands‑on architect of this transition, converting legacy, document‑centric processes into a modern, data‑centric ecosystem within Veeva Validation Management. /p pWe are seeking a technical lead to convert legacy documents into normalized, relational data environments. This individual understands the requirements for mapping Commissioning, Qualification, and Validation processes, turning templates and static records into fluid, searchable, and actionable information. /p pIn this role, you will act as a digitalization expert, guiding customers from paper‑heavy or paper‑on‑glass solutions to data‑centric workflows. You will also be responsible for owning the development and maintenance of specialized tooling and methodologies required to migrate and manage data across Vault environments. /p pThis is a work anywhere, full‑time permanent role with Veeva. Our work processes are designed so that you can be productive in the environment that works best for you.



This is a customer‑facing role and we have no work location requirement if you are in close proximity to an airport and able to meet future travel requirements. /p h3What You’ll Do /h3 ul liCollaborate with customers to extract requirements from legacy Word documents and map them into structured Vault environments /li liReconcile customer‑specific metadata to ensure data alignment and consistency across the entire validation lifecycle /li liExecute bulk data loads and manage staged data for customer workshops and process exercises /li liPartner with customers as a trusted advisor on best practices for importing and utilizing Validation Management for digitalized workflows /li liBuild and maintain libraries of digital records and examples to support customer implementations of application templates /li liDevelop and own the specialized tooling and methodologies required to migrate and manage relevant data across Vault environments /li liExecute billable project work across various service tiers ranging from artifact mapping to enterprise‑level deployments /li liPartner with the strategy, services, and business consulting organizations to ensure an exceptional customer experience that reflects a deep understanding of validation processes across computer systems, equipment, cleaning, etc. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul li5+ years of experience in life sciences validation with a deep technical understanding of CSV/A and CQV lifecycles for facilities, utilities,



and manufacturing equipment /li liProven experience in a customer‑facing consulting or billable professional services role with the ability to lead technical workshops and advise executive stakeholders /li liExperience mapping complex customer business processes into standardized data languages to move organizations to paperless validation models /li liStrong working knowledge of risk‑based qualification approaches and industry standards such as ASTM E2500, ISPE Baseline Guides, and Annex 15 /li liProficiency in bulk data loading tools and managing data integrity within cloud‑based platforms /li liStrong analytical skills for identifying configuration gaps between legacy customer data and system templates /li liBachelor’s degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Bioengineering, Electrical, or related technical field) /li liAbility to travel domestically and internationally for key customer engagements and internal meetings up to 30% with typical travel around 15% /li /ul h3Nice to Have /h3 ul liActive participation or leadership within ISPE, EMA, or other industry technical committees or networks /li liDirect experience leading large‑scale, enterprise digital validation implementations and rollouts /li liPrevious experience in organizational change management within a manufacturing or quality environment /li liFamiliarity with data transfer methodologies or specialized migration tooling /li /ul h3Perks Benefits /h3 ul liWork Remotely /li liFlexible PTO /li liHealth and wellness programs /li /ul pVeeva’s headquarters is located in the San Francisco Bay Area with offices in more than 15 countries around the world. /p pAs an equal opportunity employer, Veeva is committed to fostering a culture of inclusion and growing a diverse workforce.
