CPA Spain team is responsible for building, maintaining and
evolving the software solutions used by accounting firms and
professional services customers in Spain. Our products support
thousands of customers in their daily operations, helping them
manage accounting, tax, payroll and administrative processes. As
part of Shine’s broader European ambition, CPA Spain is entering a
key transformation phase: modernizing our product ecosystem,
improving the customer experience, and progressively migrating
customers from legacy ERP solutions to our next-generation
platforms. You will join an experienced and established team,
working closely with Product, Engineering, Customer Support,
Onboarding, Adoption, Marketing and Business teams. This is a
high-impact environment where migration quality, customer trust,
operational efficiency and clear execution will be critical to
success.
Your role as a Migrations Product Manager As a Migrations
Product Manager , you will lead the strategy and execution of
large-scale customer migration initiatives within CPA Spain. Your
main mission will be to ensure that thousands of customers can move
from legacy ERP products to our target platforms in a structured,
scalable and customer-centric way. This role sits at the
intersection of Product, Operations, Engineering and Customer
Experience. You will be responsible for defining the migration
approach, prioritizing migration needs, coordinating stakeholders,
identifying customer and operational risks, and ensuring that
migration journeys are clear, efficient and measurable. This is a
hands-on role for someone who can combine strategic thinking with
strong execution. You will need to understand customer needs,
product constraints, operational realities and technical
dependencies, while keeping teams aligned around a shared migration
roadmap. Your responsibilities will include: Own the migration
strategy and roadmap Define and drive the end-to-end migration
strategy, including priorities, milestones, rollout waves,
dependencies and customer segmentation. Design scalable customer
migration journeys Create clear, efficient and customer-centric
migration paths that minimize disruption and maximize successful
adoption. Coordinate cross-functional execution Align Product,
Engineering, Support, Onboarding, Adoption, Marketing, Pricing and
Business teams around priorities, timelines and responsibilities.
Manage risks, blockers and dependencies Identify issues early,
escalate when needed and drive resolution to keep the migration
program on track. Improve operational efficiency and scalability
Simplify, standardize and automate migration processes, building
repeatable playbooks that allow the team to scale.
Track
performance and report progress Define KPIs, monitor migration
progress, adoption, customer satisfaction and operational effort,
and provide clear reporting to stakeholders. ? Job located in
Spain, Madrid with possibility of two remote working days per week.
About you You have experience in Product Management, Program
Management or Project Management in SaaS, ERP, B2B software or
digital transformation environments. You have led customer
migrations, onboarding programs, platform transitions or
large-scale operational initiatives. You are structured and able to
turn ambiguity into clear priorities, roadmaps, KPIs and execution
plans. You can align cross-functional teams and influence
stakeholders without direct authority. You are customer-centric and
focused on creating smooth, scalable and low-friction migration
experiences. You communicate clearly in Spanish and English, with
fluent Spanish and at least B2 English level Our recruitment
