This is a heavily quantitative role designed for someone who thrives on financial complexity. /p h3What You’ll Do /h3 h3Source and Analyze New Investment Opportunities /h3 ul liIdentify and research potential acquisition targets within the entertainment sector /li liConduct comprehensive financial modeling and valuation analyses to assess deal synergies and financial viability /li liEvaluate financial, strategic, and operational risks associated with target companies /li liPrepare detailed investment memorandums and deal‑related documentation /li /ul h3Support Deal Execution /h3 ul liAssist in due diligence processes, including financial, legal, and operational analysis /li liDevelop and present investment theses to internal stakeholders and senior leadership /li liSupport negotiations around deal structure, valuation, and financing /li liManage deal processes and timelines to ensure smooth execution /li /ul h3Who You Are /h3 ul liBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (preferred) or Business, Economics or Finance (engineering degree plus additional academic background in Business or Finance is a strong plus) /li li1‑3 years of relevant experience in investment banking, top‑tier management consulting, corporate development, MA or strategy roles /li liSolid experience in financial modeling,
