You will guide the team through a complex technical and product transformation, including evolving the backend architecture, integrating advanced machine-learning capabilities, and supporting multiple recommendation use cases at scale. You will be responsible for keeping the roadmap healthy and delivery predictable while continuously balancing experimentation, technical quality, scalability, emerging scope, and stakeholder expectations.
