You have the opportunity to join a highly experienced team to make a lasting impact on one of the next big releases. /p h3What You Will Do /h3 ul liStrategic Planning and Execution: Collaborate closely with the development team to develop and refine the product roadmap, steering vision, strategy, and business model. Oversee the feature lifecycle, managing product requirements and feature quality from inception to delivery, including release analysis and reporting. /li liPlayer's Advocate: Prioritize player experience in every decision, aligning development with the target audience's needs and desires. Understand and address player issues to enhance the game. Identify and implement key initiatives to improve customer and player experiences. /li liLeadership and Mentorship: Provide leadership in daily tasks and larger projects, ensuring quality and timely execution. /li liData Analysis and Insights: Manage and analyze game and market metrics, synthesizing data to derive actionable insights and recommendations. Demonstrate sound product judgment to formulate strategies and set clear, measurable objectives for achieving business goals. /li liCommunication and Collaboration: Serve as a vocal and proactive member of the team, actively communicate complex ideas clearly,
