ph3Sales Admin Support /h3 pbRointe /b, a leader in the manufacturing of electric heating products whose mission is to provide efficient and responsible heating solutions in the national and international market. /p pThis position is 100% on-site at our facilities in Santomera, Murcia. /p h3The role: /h3 ul liOverseeing the entire order process, ensuring that orders are processed correctly and on time. /li liEnsure that customers are correctly parameterised in the system to optimise their experience and facilitate the management of their orders. /li liManage customer claims efficiently, ensuring a quick and satisfactory resolution. /li liDemonstrated ability to meet tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards. /li liConstantly monitor order deliveries and ensure that they arrive on time and in the agreed conditions. /li liMonitor industry and customer service related KPIs, ensuring compliance with set targets. /li liManage the company's CRM tool to maintain an organised and detailed record of all customer interactions. /li liProviding assistance to customers on the use of our products, resolving doubts and providing customised solutions.
