From playing games and watching ads to everyday card purchases with cash back, we are all about putting money back in people's pockets. /p h3What you’ll do /h3 ul liAgent runtime and orchestration architecture /li liMulti-step planning, task decomposition and execution control /li liModel selection, routing and fallback /li liTool selection, invocation and result verification /li liAgent state, context, memory and durable resumption /li liHuman-in-the-loop controls for ambiguity and high-risk actions /li liRecovery from model, tool and workflow failures /li liTracing, replay and debugging across agent trajectories /li liEvaluations for task completion, correctness, safety and regression /li liGuardrails, permissions and approval flows /liliPlatform primitives used to build additional agents and workflows /li /ul h3What we’re looking for /h3 ul liDirect experience building and operating agentic systems in production /li liHands-on ownership of substantial parts of an agent runtime, harness or orchestration platform /li liExperience with agents that perform multi-step work through tools and external systems /li liStrong understanding of agent failure modes, including looping, tool misuse, context loss, false completion and partial execution /li liExperience with durable state, suspension,



resumption and recovery /li liExperience building agent evaluations, trajectory analysis or regression suites /li liExperience debugging production behavior from traces, tool calls and execution history /li liStrong judgment about when to use model reasoning, deterministic logic or human review /li liA record of shipping ambitious agent capabilities and owning their production performance /li /ul h3Our stack /h3 ul liCloud/infra: AWS (GCP), Terraform, Docker /li liLanguages: Python, SQL, TypeScript /li liTooling: Hex, GitHub Actions, Git, Airbyte, Claude /li /ul pYou won't have used every tool here, and you don't need to.
