The Adventure Sports platform includes iconic brands such as Bell, Giro, CamelBak, Fox Racing, and Blackburn. In this role, you will partner closely with the Global HR team and the President, EMEA. /p pThis position assesses talent needs and develops aligned HR strategies. The Human Resources Manager will lead the delivery of HR services, provide guidance on day‑to‑day HR operations, and support general HR initiatives, programs, and processes. This role plays a key part in driving business results and delivering best‑in‑class HR practices across the organization. /p h3This position reports to the Vice President, Human Resources – Adventure Sports and is based in our Barcelona office. /h3 h3As the Human Resources Manager, you will have an opportunity to: /h3 ul liOversee benefits administration across all European countries, including company vehicles, private health insurance, meal vouchers, and region‑specific benefits; ensure accurate setup in payroll and HR systems and lead vendor negotiations as needed. /li liPrepare employee contracts and offer letters; coordinate onboarding and offboarding; manage termination documentation, severance calculations, and communication with external parties. /li liMaintain accurate and confidential employee data, including personnel files, organizational charts, and HRIS records. /li liOversee tracking of holidays, sickness, and employee absences.
/li liDevelop and maintain the annual calendar for the European organization, accounting for all local public holidays. /li liServe as the primary point of contact for employees, managers, and directors on employee relations matters. /li liManage end‑to‑end recruitment for open positions. /li liPrepare and distribute internal communications. /li liReview, update, and maintain company policies and procedures. /li liPrepare reports and analyses for senior leadership, including merit increases and sales bonus administration. /li liProvide documentation and support for audits and due diligence activities. /li liEnsure Health Safety measures are implemented and compliant across EU locations; coordinate with external partners and manage required medical checks. /li liAdminister tripartite arrangements for official company training programs. /li liSupport HR projects (e.g., Equality Plans) by preparing required documentation, reports, and action plans. /li liStay current on employment laws, regulations, and collective agreements; interpret and apply applicable legal requirements. /li liProvide support to the Legal department. /li /ul h3You Have: /h3 ul li5+ years experience in Human Resources. /li liStrong business acumen with ethical judgment and confidentiality /li liBilingual in Spanish and English; additional languages (French or German) a plus /li liExcellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills /li liGlobal and cultural awareness; able to collaborate across diverse teams /li liStrong coaching skills and ability to foster a positive work environment /li liKnowledge of employment laws and HR best practices /li liHighly organized, able to multitask, meet deadlines, and work independently /li liProficient in Microsoft Office; able to quickly learn HRIS and talent systems /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
