You will be the bridge between our sales team and our product technology: bringing the technical depth needed to support customers throughout the buying decision, and the ability to translate that technology into business value. The role combines sales support, technical customer support and deep ownership of bAPI integrations. /b /p pbWhat You Will Do /b /p ul liSupport the sales team in technical meetings, bdemos /b and bdiscovery /b sessions, identifying customer needs and integration requirements. /li liDesign and run bProof of Concepts (PoCs) /b and pilots. /li liRespond to the technical sections of bRFPs, RFIs and security questionnaires /b, and maintain a reusable answer library. /li liProvide technical customer support on integrations. /li liGuide customers through the product flows. /li liChannel feedback and gaps spotted during the sales process back to Product, and ensure a smooth handover to Onboarding/Delivery after signing. /li /ul pbWhat We Are Looking For /b /p ul liProven experience (b3+ years /b) in a Presales, bSolutions Engineer /b or Technical Consultant role within a B2B SaaS or technology environment. /li liSolid knowledge of bSaaS architecture, REST APIs and cloud technologies /b.
