Bonuses are offered based on the achievement of regional or territory‑specific goals. /p /brh3Key Activities Accountabilities /h3 /brul /brliBecome familiar with the product portfolio and surgical techniques to provide our customers with a comprehensive overview of our product offerings. /li /brliProvide on‑site support and technical assistance in the operating room to ensure the proper execution of surgical techniques and ensure customers are knowledgeable about the use of surgical instruments /li /brliFoster business interactions with assigned accounts—such as follow‑up visits—to strengthen relationships and identify client needs for the introduction of new or additional products and/or services. /li /brliMaintain a basic business plan that highlights daily, weekly, and monthly objectives. Develop the necessary skills to prioritize where to allocate time and resources and how to grow the business. /li /brliManage, coordinate, and monitor the logistical needs for the surgical instruments required for each surgical procedure with the support of the relevant departments /li /brliUnderstand the local healthcare environment. Understand the patient’s journey through the hospital and the role we play in providing products for appropriate treatment. Be familiar with the main hospital departments and maintain the necessary interactions for effective management and follow‑up.
