ph3The Role /h3 pJunior Campaign Project Manager supports end-to-end management of e‑commerce and digital campaigns, working closely with senior team members to ensure smooth project execution from brief reception to final delivery. /p h3Job Description /h3 pUnder the guidance of a Brand Lead, the Junior CPM helps coordinate cross‑functional teams including production, transcreation, QA and syndication to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and aligned with quality standards. This role focuses on learning and developing project‑management skills within e‑commerce campaigns (including Amazon and marketplaces), supporting asset creation, localisation and delivery across multiple markets while ensuring operational consistency and attention to detail. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liManage the end‑to‑end delivery of digital and e‑commerce campaigns, from briefing to final delivery, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met. /li liCoordinate multiple projects simultaneously across markets, languages and channels. /li liAct as the main day‑to‑day point of contact for internal teams and support client communication when required. /li liCollaborate closely with internal stakeholders (production, transcreation, QA, syndication) to ensure smooth execution of deliverables. /li liReview project briefs and proactively identify missing or unclear information, seeking clarification when needed. /li liMonitor timelines, dependencies and deliverables, proactively flagging risks or delays and seeking support when needed. /li liManage project scope and priorities, adapting to changes with guidance from the Brand Lead when required. /li liMaintain project documentation and workflow tools, ensuring data accuracy (SLAs, timelines, asset details). /li liPrepare and update project trackers, status reports and support alignment meetings. /li liCoordinate localisation and adaptation workflows across markets. /li liOversee the creation and adaptation of e‑commerce and digital assets (PDPs, Amazon content, newsletters, social media), ensuring alignment with guidelines.
/li liEnsure deliverables comply with defined processes, platform requirements and quality standards. /li liPerform quality checks to ensure assets meet brand and production requirements before delivery. /li liTake ownership of assigned campaigns, ensuring successful delivery end‑to‑end with support when needed. /li liContribute to identifying process improvements and efficiency opportunities within the team. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul li1–2 years of experience in project coordination, digital production or similar roles. /li liBasic understanding of digital production, e‑commerce or localisation processes. /li liStrong organisational and time‑management skills. /li liHigh attention to detail. /li liGood communication skills (written and verbal). /li liAbility to manage multiple tasks with guidance and prioritise effectively. /li liProactive attitude and willingness to learn. /li liAbility to work in a team and follow structured processes. /li liProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). /li /ul h3Desired Skills /h3 ul liExposure to e‑commerce or marketplace environments (Amazon is a plus). /li liFamiliarity with project‑management tools (Orchestra, Teams, Trello, etc.). /li liInterest in digital marketing or content production. /li liExperience in fast‑paced environments (agency or similar). /li liAdditional European languages are a plus.
