This position is a permanent contract. /p h3Duties Responsibilities /h3 ul liAccountable for managing a defined group of vendors and partnerships to reach Hager objectives regarding quality, costs, lead time, compliance and sustainable criteria. Lead commercial negotiations. /li liIncorporate ESG requirements as part of the sourcing and ensure vendors and other business partners match Hager objectives set in the Code of Sustainable Sourcing. /li liDevelop and manage overall regional sourcing roadmaps and strategies for assigned spend categories, aligned with group sourcing policy and strategies, and oversee execution of initiatives. Accountable for reporting sourcing savings and compliance. /li liPromote collaboration between Hager’s Category Management to find synergies and unlock additional sourcing opportunities, negotiating aggregated volumes to achieve commercial benefits. /li liEnsure deployment of category strategies in the regions. /li liDrive a high‑level performance within a culture of collaboration, focusing on process standardization and implementation of best‑in‑class practices. /li liDrive the implementation and regional rollout of the “No PO, No Pay” group initiative, ensuring local stakeholder alignment, compliance and timely deliverables.



/li liEstablish and maintain a supplier base that safeguards the company against financial and operational risks, including development and implementation of action plans for identified risk suppliers.
