This is a shift position based in a call centre environment. These shifts include working evening or weekend shifts. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliProvide the first point of contact for employees accessing Lyra Spain /liliProvide all the services to which the caller is entitled in a professional and respectful manner and to standards agreed with Lyra Spain /liliAccurately capture all information on the database pertinent to the clinical management of the case /liliAdhere to all clinical protocols and procedures as laid out by Lyra Health /liliAdhere to the operational standards as set out by Lyra Health /liliProvide counselling within a short-term sessional model /li /ulh3Secondary Responsibilities /h3ulliTo keep abreast of developments within client organisations and with changes to service offerings /liliAttend all relevant meetings, training and staff support groups /liliAttend regular and scheduled counselling supervision with the external counselling supervisor /liliThe Clinician will be required to take on any other relevant work related duties as required by the Clinical Lead /liliThis job specification is not exhaustive and will be reviewed as the role develops /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliMinimum of a BA Psychology and 2 years MA /liliTwo or more years experience in counselling is desirable /liliPostgraduate training for Expert Psychologists in Counselling would be an advantage /liliEnglish and Spanish fluency - Candidate must be able to undertake therapy in a minimum of two languages - Spanish and English /li /ulh3About You /h3ulliIdeally you will have experience working for an EAP /liliExperience in providing telephonic and Live Chat counselling is desirable /liliStrong knowledge about and skilled in providing Solution Focused Therapy to clients /liliComputer literate with the ability to type fast /liliAbility to effectively merge Clinical and EAP focus /liliClient service orientation /liliArticulate /liliGood telephone manner and ability to provide telephonic therapy /liliStrong risk assessment experience /liliGood time management ability /liliAbility to work within a team /liliAbility to work well under pressure /liliAbility to function within a structured call centre environment /liliBusiness and commercial awareness /li /ulpWe are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
