ph3Position Overview /h3pWe are seeking a Field Application Engineer / After-Sales Engineer to support the installation, commissioning, maintenance, and technical support of Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), including Power Conversion Systems (PCS) and Lithium Battery Systems, across Commercial Industrial (CI) and Utility-scale projects. /ph3Responsibilities /h3pPerform installation, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of BESS, PCS, and Lithium Battery Systems. /ppConduct system testing, diagnostics, performance verification, and preventive maintenance activities. /ppSupport project execution, ensuring compliance with technical specifications, quality standards, and project schedules. /ppProvide remote and on-site technical support, including advanced troubleshooting and fault analysis. /ppAct as the technical escalation point for complex service issues. /ppServe as the main technical contact during field activities, providing clear guidance on system operation and maintenance. /ppPrepare commissioning reports, service records, inspection checklists, and technical documentation. /ppDeliver technical training sessions for internal teams, service partners, and end users. /ppContribute to the development and continuous improvement of installation procedures, maintenance guidelines, troubleshooting documentation, and training materials. /ppEnsure compliance with Health, Safety,



and Environmental (HSE) regulations and promote safe working practices during all field activities. /ppTravel regularly to project sites and provide on-call support when required. /ph3Requirements /h3pDiploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Systems, Mechatronics, or a related technical field. /ppMinimum 1-2 years of experience in field service, commissioning, or maintenance of BESS, PCS, RESS, or comparable energy storage technologies. /ppGood understanding of Battery Energy Storage Systems, Power Conversion Systems, Lithium Battery technologies, and grid integration principles. /ppAbility to read and interpret electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, control schematics, and technical documentation. /ppFamiliarity with SCADA systems, Energy Management Systems (EMS), and remote monitoring platforms. /ppStrong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills. /ppExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to deliver technical training and support. /ppAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, field-based environment. /ppWillingness to travel frequently and work on-site at industrial and utility-scale installations. /ppAvailability for occasional on-call support during critical project phases. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
