ppAt Factorial we're looking for a new Talent Consultant (Pre‑Sales) for the Portuguese/ROW Market to help us support and scale our Talent Management team to the next level. As part of the product team that transforms how companies manage their people, you'll lead product demos for key Talent deals, train and certify our sales team of 500+, and bridge the gap between sales, product and market insights. /ph3What you’ll do /h3ulliLead product demonstrations for our most important Talent deals, showing clients how our solutions help them and directly aiding sales closure. /liliTrain our sales team on products and sales skills, updating the training as the team’s performance and needs evolve. /liliConnect sales and product teams, gathering feedback from sales about market needs and sharing insights with product to ensure a great fit for customers. /liliCreate a detailed training program to certify our sales team on how to sell our product, training over 500 people at Factorial. /liliMonitor market trends, client needs and competitor activities, sharing key insights that guide product development and marketing plans. /li /ulh3What we’re looking for /h3ulliProactive, natural problem‑solvers and collaborative team players. /liliGreat communicators who simplify complex concepts for any audience. /liliProficiency in Portuguese and English; Spanish is a plus. /li /ulh3Experience (strong plus)
