ppSenior Graphic Designer creates and maintains assets and content for a variety of digital and print materials to support new product launches, marketing campaigns, and other company initiatives across all OEC brands. Works closely with Marketing and Culture teams to develop, manage, and execute high-quality, impactful materials from concept through delivery, ensuring alignment with OEC core values and brand guidelines. /p h3Key Responsibilities Duties /h3 ul liExecutes graphic design and production for the Marketing Department’s online and print projects, including bprint and digital advertising campaigns /b. /li liWorks cross-functionally with bMarketing, Branding Culture /b, and other internal teams to translate messaging concepts into graphics. /li liCreates, edits, and repurposes bcustomer communications /b to support sales efforts and marketing communication strategies. /li liMaintains the bOEC Style Guide /b. /li liCollaborates on the design of customer materials, including trade show exhibits and support materials. /li liFormats and creates high-impact PowerPoint presentations. /li liStays current on bindustry trends /b and drives implementation of these trends as needed. /li liMakes proactive recommendations to bstreamline and improve creative processes /b. /li liReviews materials created by external vendors and internal designers for consistency with brand guidelines. /li liMaintains the bdesign of company websites /b to support product enhancements, introductions, and improvements to functionality and user experience.



/li liProvides backup support in creating and editing videos for various uses. /li /ul h3Education /h3 pA bbachelor’s degree /b from an accredited college or university is required, with a focus in bGraphic Design /b or related discipline.
