This role is part of a small Lean‑Agile Centre of Excellence, aligning ways of working, governance, tooling, and coaching to enable business agility, stronger cross‑functional collaboration, and measurable value delivery. /p h3How You’ll Make An Impact /h3 ul liEvolve part of the Lean‑Agile Centre of Excellence (LACE) to support the organisation’s Agile transformation and business agility goals /li liContinuously suggest and coach improvements to Agile operating models, delivery frameworks, and governance practices across teams and value streams /li liDrive integration of Agile, Lean, DevOps, and continuous improvement practices to improve flow, quality, predictability, and customer value /li liEstablish and manage a transformation backlog, prioritising initiatives that improve organisational effectiveness and delivery maturity /li liCoach leaders, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, Release Train Engineers, and teams on Agile principles, scaling practices, and continuous improvement techniques /li liFacilitate communities of practice, learning events, retrospectives, and inspect‑and‑adapt activities to strengthen capability across the organisation /li liUse metrics and feedback loops to identify improvement opportunities and track the impact of transformation initiatives /li liSupport the launch, stabilisation, and optimisation of Agile Release Trains, value streams, or equivalent delivery structures where applicable /li liPromote a culture of experimentation, transparency, accountability, and relentless improvement /li /ul h3What You Bring /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Business,



or related field /li liStrong knowledge of Agile, Lean, SAFe, DevOps, and value stream optimisation principles /li liProven ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead change across multiple teams, functions, and leadership levels.
