You will be part of a young team and actively contribute to key learning and development projects. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liSupport the implementation and management of the new LMS platform, including content upload, usage tracking, and issue resolution. /li liAssist in the identification of training needs through interviews, surveys, and data analysis. /li liManage communication with training providers, including requesting proposals, coordinating logistics, and evaluating outcomes.
