ppThe bProject Manager /b – will be based out of Nextpower’s bMadrid, Spain office. /b /p pIn this role, you will oversee Projects within the EU region, ensuring best in class service by each employee on your team for their assigned customers. You will also ensure safety protocols are followed on project sites and manage customer accounts/projects from procurement to commissioning while providing technical support and maintaining customer satisfaction. Additionally, responsibilities include overseeing customer accounts, project inter dept teams, managing whole customer account or project finances, coordinating logistics, and advocating for customer needs within the company. /p h3Job Description: /h3 ul liResponsible for your own safety, and shared responsibility for the safety of all Nextpower staff, contractors, and visitors to your project sites. A good understanding of WHS principles and safety management is required /li liRead, understand, and comply with Nextpower company policies and procedures as outlined from time to time /li liResponsible for managing whole customer accounts or groups of Projects from PO to Commissioning and taking ownership of all aspects of these Projects /li liResponsible for overseeing the success and development of direct reports /li liProvides technical support for Nextpower customers, ensuring a best-in-class customer experience and providing product and systems expertise to the customer /li liDevelop and maintain technical understanding of PV solar tracking systems and associated tools /li liEnsure a strong customer care experience and be able to effectively communicate resolutions for customer issues /li liCoordinate the ordering of tools for the Projects and ensuring availability of tools and training for the Projects /li liManage Project PL including revenue forecasting, invoicing,



cash flow and cost management /li liProvide customer field support for installation and quality control, including driving resolution to quality issues by Non‑Conformance Report and Construction Deviation Report processes /li liCoordinate and drive the successful on‑time delivery of all products needed from PO to delivery, liaising with Design Engineering, Supply, Logistics, freight forwarders and the customers. /li liEstablish, measure and report key performance indicators for customer care to drive behavior and performance /li liPlay a key role in cross‑functional product teams, providing recommendations based on systems integration expertise and customer needs assessment and feedback /li liSupports product development, sales, and marketing as requested /li liInternal customer voice, an advocate for the customer within Nextpower /li /ul h3Here is some of what you’ll need (required): /h3 ul libMinimum 2-5 years /b of combined Project Manager experience gained in energy, construction, mining, oil gas fields /li libBachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering /b or equivalent experience required /li liMandatory: bFluent English and Spanish (written and spoken) /b, other European languages are a plus. /li liStrong project management skills and qualifications /li liAbility to manage direct reports with a high degree of professionalism /li liExperience interfacing with supply chain procurement and logistics /li liExperience in and talent for dealing with customer support and OM issues /li liExcellent verbal and written communication skills /li liDemonstrated leadership capabilities /li liPassion for solar or renewable energy /li libStrong knowledge of PV technology /b and its applications /li liHands‑on experience with photovoltaic tracking solar systems a plus. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
