In this Lead role, you drive end-to-end testing within EPAM's private banking projects, shaping test strategy and ensuring auditable results. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define acceptance criteria, build robust test trails, and advance automation where it matters, delivering reliable software for financial services. You’ll influence testing quality across manual and automated tests, from planning through defect remediation. This remote position offers flexible client-site visits in Madrid, enabling meaningful impact in dynamic financial tech environments.
