ppSenior Projects Change Manager - HR Technology /p pWe are seeking an experienced, hands-on Projects Change Manager to support a strategic HR technology rollout across multiple European markets. /p pThe successful candidate will combine disciplined project delivery with practical change management, working closely with regional HR, Total Rewards, country teams and an external technology partner. /p h3Key responsibilities: /h3 ul liManage the planning and delivery of multi-country implementations /li liCoordinate internal stakeholders and external implementation partners /li liManage scope, timelines, dependencies and implementation readiness /li liMaintain effective governance, reporting and project documentation /li liIdentify and manage risks, issues and escalations /li liDevelop stakeholder-engagement and change-management plans /li liSupport workshops, communications, training and user adoption /li liMeasure project effectiveness and support benefits realisation /li liCapture lessons learned and drive continuous improvement /li /ul h3We are looking for:
