As Site Operations Manager, you will build and guide a high-performance team while ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency every day. You will work closely with cross-functional colleagues across our global network and play a key role in launching and shaping NewCold's first site in Spain. /p pbWhat will you do? /b /p ul libOperational Leadership /b - lead daily site operations, ensuring alignment with customer requirements, performance targets, and compliance standards. /li libOperational Planning /b - drive medium- and long-term planning, including volume forecasting, labor modelling, automation readiness, and contingency planning. /li libBudget Ownership /b - manage the site's operational budget, analyze variances, and deliver clear, data-driven recovery actions. /li libPerformance Efficiency /b - achieve KPIs, SLAs, and cost targets.
