We invite you to become a fan of the exceptional. /p pMandarin Oriental is the award‑winning owner and operator of some of the world’s most prestigious hotels and resorts. /p pMandarin Oriental Ritz, Madrid is an iconic five‑star hotel located in the heart of the Spanish capital. /p h3About the job /h3 pBased at bMandarin Oriental Ritz, Madrid /b, within the bEvent Sales Department /b, the bEvents Sales Executive /b is responsible for actively selling the hotel’s event spaces, catering and banquet services, maximising revenue from corporate and social events while delivering outstanding guest experiences from enquiry through to execution. /p pThe role reports to the bEvents Sales Manager /b and the bDirector of Events /b. /p h3As Events Sales Executive, your main responsibilities will include: /h3 ul liResponding to event enquiries and converting opportunities into confirmed business. /li liSelling meeting spaces, event venues and catering services. /li liPreparing proposals, contracts and event documentation. /li liConducting hotel site inspections and client show rounds. /li liCoordinating event logistics with operational teams. /li liManaging event information within Delphi and company systems. /li liEnsuring deposit, billing and payment processes are followed correctly. /li liParticipating in pre‑event and post‑event meetings. /li liAchieving assigned revenue targets. /li liUpselling catering packages, accommodation and complementary hotel services. /li liBuilding strong relationships with clients and partners.
