You’ll contribute to research, UX, and UI design, helping bring user-friendly and visually polished solutions to life. We’re looking for someone eager to grow, collaborate, and take ownership of their work while learning from the team. /p h3As a Product Designer at North, you will… /h3 ul liWork with Product Managers and teammates to understand project requirements and user needs. /li liJustify and present design decisions in front of key stakeholders. /li liCreate user flows, wireframes, and prototypes to explore and test ideas. /li liDesign high-quality interfaces and deliver pixel-perfect layouts in Figma. /li liIterate based on feedback from the team, clients, and users. /li liEnsure consistency in design deliverables and contribute to our design system. /li /ul h3Ideally, you’ll bring… /h3 ul li2-3 years of experience in digital product design (UX and UI).



/li liGood understanding of UX principles and ability to apply them in real projects. /li liBusiness mindset, understanding how design decisions impact product and business goals. /li liSolid visual/UI design skills and attention to detail. /liliProficiency in Figma; knowledge of prototyping tools. /li liStrong communication skills (Spanish English) and ability to explain your design choices. /li liCuriosity, openness to feedback, and motivation to keep learning and improving. /li /ul pBut ‘what’s in it for me’, I hear you ask? /p ul liA hybrid work from home/office system with a versátil time schedule.
