The fundamental driver of our culture is the player-learner mindset, which we seek to inspire and nurture in every employee. /p h3In this role you will… /h3 h3Drive best possible outcome /h3 ul liWork closely with key providers to establish treatment protocols and preferences in aligner therapy, including current ClearCorrect products as well as for future new product launch. /li liTrain country-based mentors to offer clinical advice to providers, with a focus on the proper use of ClearCorrect system and the benefits to be communicated to customers.
/li liAct as the 2nd-level consultant to providers who need assistance on difficult cases, to ensure excellent customer experience and optimal clinical outcome for ClearCorrect users. /li liGather feedback from providers and generate reports to regional and BU teams to identify best practices, product improvement areas and other insights. /li liProvide clinical training and education to key providers via online presentation, onsite workshop and any other means necessary. /li liEngage providers and support KOL relationship development. /li liTake the lead in clinical advice and Treatment Planning Solutions (TPS) in the defined territory / area, supervising the local clinical advisors and TPS partners, streamlining organization, setting standards, organizing training and follow-up. /li liBe the go-to-person for ClearCorrect ambassadors and KOL’s, helping the country to find and develop local ClearCorrect Ambassadors, organizing local Ambassador calls, training and meetings and support the development of training and presentation material of speakers. /li liTake the lead in the collection of clinical cases for the clinical case gallery. /li /ul h3Be a team player /h3 ul liCollaborate with marketing and sales team to activate ClearCorrect users, acquire new customers and increase case start rate. /li liTrain the ortho sales and service team in the country with the established treatment protocols, enable them to support providers with patient selection, treatment planning, orthodontic management and troubleshooting clinical roadblocks. /li liCo-travel to key customers and KOLs with field sales and marketing team. /li liConstantly liaise with country,
regional and integral BU teams to keep abreast of product updates, technology advancement and market change. /li liParticipate to User Acceptant Tests (UAT) and provide input and feedback, taking the lead to have local ClearCorrect ambassadors, T, follow-up and collect feedback. /li /ul h3General responsibilities /h3 ul liComply with all safety policies, practices and procedures.
