ph3Role Description /h3 pWe are looking for Onboarding professionals across EU to join International firms and execute the onboarding process for new clients /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liManage and execute the onboarding process for new clients /li liConduct onboarding sessions, training, and product walkthroughs /li liCoordinate with Sales and Marketing for smooth client handovers /li liManage and optimize PPC campaigns to support client acquisition and onboarding /li liHandle outbound calls to engage, follow up, and support new and existing clients /li liTrack onboarding progress and ensure timely completion /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liC1 or higher level of German (written and spoken) /li liC1 or higher level of English (written and spoken)
