We run more than 35 hotels in Europe's best cities and counting! /p h3YOUR TASKS /h3 ul liYou work in collaboration with the Hotel Manager and Assistant Hotel Manager to ensure the smooth running of the FB operations (including the Service Bar departments) /li liYou make sure that all internal and external standards and processes are in place and you are in contact with all FB suppliers for an optimal commercial relationship /li liYou are responsible for the control of the supply of goods, stock control and costs as well as monthly reports (inventories and PL analysis) /li liYou are responsible for the implementation, monitoring and improvement of MEININGER quality standards and ensure compliance with regulations (HACCP, safety, etc.) /li liYou manage the FB team, recruit together with Hotel Manager, guide and develop the diverse team of around 10 people (Supervisor, employees and Barman) /li liYou train, coach and mentor your team with an individual approach, aiming for everyone to perform to their full potential /li liYou're versátil and understand working on all days of the week, sometimes early / sometimes late, during weekends and on public holidays comes with the job /li liFinally, you're a great colleague, not afraid to jump in to support other departments now and then /li /ul h3YOUR PROFILE /h3 ul liYou have min. 2 years of FB experience in a hotel/hostel and/or in the HoReCA sector,



including experience in a management position. /li liYou act as a role model and enjoy working shifts and together with your team. /li liYou have experience in conducting FB training and coaching. /li liYou have a keen eye for details, recognize opportunities for improvement and implement them /li liYou are confident in dealing with numbers, cash register systems and cash register closings (knowledge of Addipos or Sihot is an advantage) /li liYou are solution-oriented, show strong commitment and an entrepreneurial mindset /li liYou are convinced of and know the advantages of working in a diverse, multicultural environment.
